Many guests choose to fly into Paris and then take a high-speed train (TGV) to the South of France, renting a car upon arrival. Aix-en-Provence TGV station is a popular and convenient rental location. Driving from Aix is typically easier than navigating central Marseille.
Rental cars are available directly at both Marseille and Nice airports.
Important: If connecting to a regional French airline, please check luggage size and weight restrictions carefully, as they may differ from international carriers.
🚆 By Train
Saint-Cyr-Les-Lecques–La Cadière train station provides regional connections along the coast.
From the station, we recommend taking an Uber or taxi to the apartment for safety and convenience, as portions of the road do not have shoulders for pedestrians.
If arriving via:
- Marseille Airport: Take the airport bus to Marseille Saint-Charles train station, then a regional train to Saint-Cyr.
- Nice Airport: Take a bus or taxi to Nice Ville train station, then continue by train west toward Saint-Cyr. Buses run frequently from the airport.
🚗 By Car
If you are driving, you may briefly stop in front of the apartment to unload your belongings.
We provide access to a secure parking space located approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Having a car gives you flexibility to explore nearby destinations such as Cassis, Bandol, Aix-en-Provence, and the surrounding Provençal countryside.
